How do I get started?

I’m a single mom, do you offer payment plans?

Absolutely. If you are in need of alternative payment options, please do not hesitate to mention in your inquiry.

How are you different from the other coaches out there?

I’m different because I’m me. I bring a whole slew of life experiences to the table that have taught me, shaped me and molded me into the person I am today, the person who wants to help you grow and blossom into your next version. I believe adopting the methods and viewpoints on life that I have acquired is overall beneficial to anyone’s holistic wellness.

Will I lose weight?

Weight loss is not the goal of my 1:1 coaching sessions, however I will mention that it’s always awesome watching the pounds shed as we work through any of your spiritual, physical and mental obstacles. The exercises I recommend will be for the purposes of awakening your physical body in order to attune it to your mind and spirit. If you’re interested in starting a regimented weight loss plan, I know a great team I can refer you to.

What is holistic wellness?

I liken it to life’s great balancing act. Holistic wellness is when you are able to balance three spinning wheels with little effort. These three wheels are your mind, your body and your spirit. Many coaches will address one aspect of your wellness, but neglect the others. This does not do the trick. We are in complete harmony with our energetic being when we are fully integrated, holistically.

Does holistic mean all natural?

In this line of work, absolutely! By keeping the harsh chemicals and toxins from our physical being, we are helping to strengthen that balancing act tremendously. In my 1:1 coaching sessions, we will discuss what current toxins you may be unknowingly allowing in your sphere and offer organic or natural alternatives. I recommend essential oils, crystals or otherwise all-natural remedies specific to your needs during our assessment.

What is your spiritual philosophy?

I believe that we are all connected through God, the Great Spirit, who manifests in our lives in many ways that we are often too stressed or busy to acknowledge. I will help you to discover how the Great Spirit speaks to you, personally in your life and provide you with spiritual homework to begin or strengthen that relationship.
