It's summer so we're keeping it light this week and sharing another Cook with Me video. This episode is pretty straight forward, but any chance I get to capture avocado on camera, I drool so I hope you do, too. Enough to maybe change up your lunch game this week instead of hitting up that fast food joint. The beauty of this recipe is it is SO simple yet SO versatile. You can add anything else you want to make it even more flavorful: tomato, onion, mushroom, bacon! It all just depends on how much time you have to put toward making yourself something to eat today.
